  1. District 3 Citizen Forum

    September 10, 2019, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM @ City Hall - Tejas Room

    New Braunfels City Council District 3 Councilmember Harry Bowers will host his quarterly citizen forum on Tuesday, September 10th, beginning at 6:00 p.m., in the Tejas Room at City Hall. City Hall is located at 550 Landa Street. “Our main presentation will be: Then and now - The Oak Run Parkway corridor from Loop 337 to its terminus at Veramendi,” said Councilmember Bowers. “Greg Malatek, the City’s Director of Public Works, will be on hand to address the historical infrastructure planning (roadways, sidewalks, bike lanes, speed limits, traffic calming measures, etc.) for this area. In addition, improvements that have been made and improvements that are scheduled will be discussed.” Attendees will have the opportunity to share ideas and concerns about current and future infrastructure serving this corridor and Councilmember Bowers will also include updates available since his last forum and hold a general question and answer session.

NBPD Training Calendar

  1. Intermediate Crime Scene Search (Day 1 of 4)

    The New Braunfels Police Department has teamed up with AACOG to bring quality training to the New Braunfels area. The Intermediate Crime Scene Search Course is designed to provide additional information on this subject area. This course is one of the seven courses required for Intermediate certification. This is a 4-day training course and students will be credited with 32 hours of TCOLE training credit upon successful completion.
