    Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2023 Wein & Saengerfest as a marketplace vendor!

    Interested vendors should complete this application by March 31, 2023. Submission of this application does not guarantee approval to participate in the event.

    Approved vendors will be notified by April 7, 2023. Selected vendors will have until April 14, 2023 to submit payment for their space. 

    Event Details

    Anticipated Itinerary 

    • Set up: 7:00am - 11:30am
      • Load in times and instructions will be assigned as vendors are approved. 
    • Marketplace Hours: Noon - 8:00pm
      • Booths must be staffed and open for the duration of marketplace hours. No early teardown/move out is permitted.
    • Takedown: 8:00pm - 11:00pm


    • Participation as a marketplace vendor is open to individual artists and craftspeople presenting original works, boutiques offering a unique selection of products, and other vendors who will enhance the overall spirit of the event.  
    • To maintain the quality and balance of the marketplace, not all entries are guaranteed to be accepted.

    Booth Space & Fees

    • 10x10 or 10x20 open spaces are available
      • 10x10 - $100 ($85 for applications received before 3/1/23 and non-profits)
      • 10x20 - $200 ($150 for applications received before 3/1/23 and non-profits)
    • Vendors may enhance their booth’s visual appeal with an encroachment into the festival walkway with décor or items for sale at a maximum depth of 2-1/2 ft
    • Vendors must provide their own display equipment, i.e. tables, chairs, canopy or tent, skirts, etc. 
    • Canopy corners must be secured by weights, as canopies will be located on a paved roadway.
    • Electricity is not available. Generators are not permitted.
    • Due to booth area spacing, trailers may not be permitted.

    Wein & Saengerfest Digital Festival Guide Advertising

    • All marketplace vendors will be listed in the Wein & Saengerfest Digital Festival Guide. Additionally, vendors are invited to place an ad in the guide at a discounted rate. This is a great way to invite festival attendees to visit your booth or offer a show special! Payment for ads is due when booth fees are paid.
      • ¼ page ad - $50 
      • ½ page ad - $100

    Registration & Payment

    • Please include any links to your website or social media pages with your application. 
    • Payment for booth spaces can be made via check or credit card. Instructions will be provided upon approval of your application.

    The deadline for application is March 31, 2023.
