Where do I get my recycling bin?
Recycing bins can be requested by calling the Solid Waste Department at 830-221-4040. They can also be requested (via filling out a form) at City Hall located at 424. S Castell. Your first recycling bin is issued free of charge. Subsequent bins are available at cost plus tax.

How do I apply for a job?
Please visit our Employment Opportunities section, then download and complete a job application and fax (to (830) 608-2123), mail, or hand deliver to the City Secretary's office located at:
424 S. Castell Ave.

Where is the utility company?
The New Braunfels area is served by several different water, sewer, and electric providers, especially on the outer parts of the city.

How do I register to vote?
You may download an application on the Secretary of State Elections Division website, pick up a form at the Voter Registration Office in any County, or pick up a form at City Hall.

You can view the FEMA maps provided on this website or at City Hall. Contact the Planning Department if you need assistance finding your property on the map.
