Many City of New Braunfels facilities will be closed on Monday, July 4^th, 2022, in observance of the Independence Day holiday. This includes: 

• City Hall
• Municipal Court
• The Public Library
• Parks & Recreation administrative offices
• Solid Waste and Recycling administrative offices
• The City Recycling Center
• The Westside Community Center
• The Fischer Park Nature Education Center

Please note: There is no change to residential and commercial garbage and recycling collection, with garbage, brush, and recycling collection remaining on their usual schedule. Das Rec will have modified hours of operation from 8am to 5pm. The Landa Park Golf Course at Comal Springs will be open in the morning for a tournament and will close at the conclusion of the tournament in preparation for the fireworks show that evening.
