The Fire Department is in the midst of creating a Strategic Plan that will clearly define the mission and goals of the department while also developing a guide for continued excellent service for the New Braunfels community over the next five years.

Part of the process in creating that Strategic Plan is gathering input from the community about the services currently provided by the Fire Department, and what citizen expectations are for services going forward.
