On today’s date (01-24-17), at approximately 12:20pm, the New Braunfels Police Department responded to First Commercial Bank in the 1500 block of South Seguin Avenue for a report of a bank robbery.
On today’s date (01-24-17), at approximately 12:20pm, the New Braunfels Police Department responded to First Commercial Bank in the 1500 block of South Seguin Avenue for a report of a bank robbery.
Officers arrived and learned that a black male had entered the bank, handed the teller a note demanding cash, and then fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money. No weapons were displayed and there were no injuries. The New Braunfels Police Department Criminal Investigations Division (CID) is currently investigating the case and further details will be released as the investigation continues.
