The addition of sidewalks with the Oak Run subdivision on Oak Glen from Oak Run Parkway to Timber Hollow and from Timber Hollow to Crown Ridge is funded by the 2019 Bond Citywide streets program. Construction on this project is anticipated to begin in late March or early April.

Funded in the 2019 Bond as part of the Citywide Streets project, Kerlick lane will receive sidewalks and curbs as well as pavement repairs and rehabilitation. The project will encompass the full length of Kerlick from north Walnut Avenue to Mission Hills Road.This project is expected to begin construction in April of 2020.

Carl Schurz Streets are scheduled for completion as part of the 2019 Bond Program in Year 2 of the Bond. The project will involve pavement rehabilitation and sidewalk improvements on Coll Street from Magazine Avenue to Guenther Ave and Magazine Ave from Coll Street to Butcher Street and Butcher Street from Magazine Avenue to Guenther Avenue and Guenther Avenue from Butcher Street to Coll Street. This project was submitted to TxDOT for potential inclusion in the Safe Routes to School Program but was not selected. Updates on this project will be provided as work on the project begins.
