Several years of rapid population and job growth have led to a dramatic rise in housing prices, presenting a challenge for local wage earners to find affordable housing. Workforce Housing Advisory Committee
The City Council formed the Workforce Housing Advisory Committee in 2019 to work with City staff to address issues of housing affordability in the City. The Committee is composed of fifteen citizens, appointed by City Council, who have an interest or expertise in affordable housing solutions.
