An approved final plat that includes all of the certificates required by the city and law which is then recorded in the county clerk’s office. A recorded plat creates a simplified legal description of real property, e.g. Lot 1, Block A, of The Main Subdivision.
Option 1 - Construction Improvements
- Improvements are Inspected and Finaled
- Maintenance Bond Issued
- City Engineer Accepts Improvements
Option 2 - Post Fiscal Surety
The Applicant provides a fiscal surety bond to financially guarantee the construction of the required public improvements needed to serve the subdivision, such as roads, water, wastewater and storm drainage.
