The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board exists to advise and make recommendations to the City Council concerning policy matters related to the establishment, maintenance and operation of the city parks and its recreation programs.

City of New Braunfels Cemetery Committee


The New Braunfels and Comal Cemeteries are a valuable historic part of our heritage. The cemeteries serve as a resource for the living, connecting the past with the present. The New Braunfels Cemetery Committee serves to preserve the records of community history, cultural history, landscape heritage and architecture. This is accomplished through conservation, preservation and education.

New Braunfels Parks Foundation


The New Braunfels Parks Foundation is a volunteer based 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to promoting, protecting and enhancing the parks system of the City of New Braunfels. This is done through education, resource development, and community partnerships. As a nonprofit organization, all charitable contributions to the foundation are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
