Human Resources Department
Human Resources staff manage all aspects of recruitment, compensation, benefits and training for the City’s workforce. This includes processing applications and new hires, development and management of the City’s benefits program, salary surveys and compensation plan design, and identification and implementation of needed training programs. Human Resources is also responsible for policy development and implementation, the management of all property and casualty insurance, and the staffing of the Firefighters and Police Officers.
