Effective May 1, 2021 all credit/debit card transactions will incur a 2.75% processing fee paid directly to the merchant provider. To avoid incurring this fee, we encourage you to utilize one of our other payment options which includes cash, check or e-check.

There are three divisions within Neighborhood Services
All actions are conducted in a responsive and fair manner focusing on customer service and public awareness, while respecting the private property rights of our citizens.
Application for Outdoor Events Due to COVID
- Outdoor events, celebrations and other large outdoor gatherings with estimated attendance of 10 or more, are permissible to hold in Texas. The mayor, as appropriate, in coordination with the local public health authority, must give approval to hold such an outdoor gathering or event prior to it being held. If you are looking to have an outdoor event within the city you can complete the application so it can be reviewed for approval. - Below is a link to a sample site plan that is required before your application will be reviewed for your event. Any delay in an approved aerial site plan may affect your event if not received in a timely manner.
- If you will be having food for this outdoor event please visit our Temporary Food Establishments page to submit an online application.
- If you are having an event at a city Park or Park facility you do not need to complete this application and would need to visit with the Parks Department directly about the event at 830-221-4350.
