    New Braunfels City Council District 3 Council Member Harry Bowers will host his quarterly citizen forum on Wednesday, December 11th, beginning at 6:00 p.m., in the meeting room at Das Rec, New Braunfels Recreation Center. The Center is located at 345 Landa Street. “Our main presentation will come from New Braunfels Police Department’s Community Relations Officer, Lucas Crawford,” said Councilmember Bowers. “Officer Crawford will discuss how to create a neighborhood crime watch program and provide general crime prevention insights.” “Neighborhood Watch Programs foster civic involvement, commons goals, and a real sense of community,” Bowers noted. “They form a partnership between law enforcement and citizens to help keep our neighborhoods safer.” Councilmember Bowers will also provide attendees with updates available since his last forum and hold a general question and answer session.
