Public safety and criminal justice professionals encounter, on a daily basis, a myriad of society’s most difficult and demanding challenges. The sound leadership principles and skills taught in this training will provide new, current and future leaders at all levels with a foundation that will allow them to immediately transfer these principles and skills to real-life challenges that they will encounter in both their personal and professional lives.
16-hours of TCOLE credit will be provided upon successful completion of this course.

This class is designed for all ladies to learn survival defensive tactics and techniques. Open for ages 13 and older and geared to allow you to train and learn at your own pace. The registration, health screen and parental release paperwork must be completed and submitted to Officer Michael Burton in order to be enrolled in this class. There no cost for the training. All applicants must submit an application packet that can be obtained from the PD Receptionist or by emailing or by phone request. No walk-ins will be allowed.
