The building is located at 180 Landa Park Drive in Landa Park and is utilized as a maintenance facility for the Landa Park Golf Course and the Parks and Recreation Department.
The scope of work includes demolition of the existing roof and asphalt flooring, construction of a new roof and concrete flooring, overhead door replacement and lighting improvements. The project is expected to take 120 days to complete, weather and other factors permitting.
“We ask park patrons to be mindful of construction activities in this area,” said Ken Wilson, Assistant Parks and Recreation Director. “As a preventative safety measure, there will be temporary closures of the Landa Park Miniature Golf Course during construction.”
The Landa Park Miniature Golf Course will be closed weekly Monday through Wednesday, throughout the duration of the project. The course will be open Thursday through Sunday from 12:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. The National Parks and Recreation Month buy one, get one free offer will be honored on Thursdays, due to closure on Tuesdays.
